  1. All registrations for this event will be via the APAS website.

  2. All payments for this event will be via EFT or PayPal (Credit Card) via the APAS website.

  3. Registration for this event is not transferrable.

  4. Group bookings are not permitted.

  5. This event is a face-to-face event, no live streaming is available.

  6. General registration for the event will close at 11:59pm AEDT Friday 21 October 2022. No refunds will be given after this time and date. Any requests for registration after this time and date will be considered on a case by case basis by APAS.

  7. APAS reserves the right to modify the proposed program.

  8. APAS reserves the right to cancel any event registration and/or online user account for any legitimate reason including providing false information.

  9. APAS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

You will be required to supply your details in order to register for this event. Information collected as part of the registration process, and at event check in, is necessary to facilitate access to the APAS website booking system, to issue accurate Tax Invoices, to communicate information relating to this event and for CPD audit purposes. Your details will be shared with your nominated BOSSI ratified organisation to enable certification of your CPD points. Should you choose to use PayPal to pay please refer to PayPal privacy policies.
